Shelf-a-palooza

The toys have taken over and it's driving me a little crazy. I'm reclaiming the living room and organizing the boys' room.

A Tale of Two Frogs

I found Andrew in the dining room this morning reading to his frogs.

Pretzel cabins

Tonight, we built pretzel cabins (like log cabins but with pretzels instead of logs). You probably figured that one out by yourself, didn't you?
Andrew loves to build and Daniel likes to try to copy everything Andrew does. And, well, we all like pretzels and frosting!

Stinker. He kept eating the frosting covered pretzels.

No more pictures, please!

Hey Andrew. You've got a little something on your nose.

A masterpiece!

Treasures

Andrew has started giving me gifts. The other day, he gave me a penny from his penny jar and told me it was because I'm special and he loves me. :) The next day, I got another penny because "I just love you so much". Today, I got a marble. He found it sometime during the day and couldn't wait to give it to me when I picked him up from daycare. He told me that he wanted me to have it because he knew I would love it.

Build-A-Road

Andrew got a gift card from my sister and her family for his birthday and he used it today to make a great purchase: Build-A-Road. It's very fun and all three of us had a great time playing with it today.

Guilty

This was Andrew's face as he told me that he absolutely had NOT taken any of the stickers without permission.

Graphic photos

I found a fabulous tutorial yesterday on turning photographs into graphic art. I was dying to try it on pictures of the boys. I love how they turned out.

How great is this hair?

His eyes and smile are amazing in this.

If you'd like to try this, check out the tutorial here.

Thomas party

Andrew's 'real' birthday party was today. He has been asking for a Thomas birthday party for the past few months. He told me he doesn't like to watch Thomas on TV...he only likes the real Thomas.

This was Daniel's favorite part of the whole day...a juice box.

Time to decorate the train cupcakes!

Noah cracked me up. He was contemplating which kind of candy to put on his cupcake.

A masterpiece.

After cupcakes, we played Thomas Bingo and everyone won a Thomas book.

Noah and his mom hung out with us for a while after the party and the boys went crazy with the stickers.

Mommy's pooped. No more parties til June.
