Even superheroes take baths

The boys are big into superheroes right now. The only ones they ever really watch are the 1960's episodes of Batman and Robin. Everything else is still too scary or too hard to understand. But they love the idea of them.
Their bathroom has been slowly undecorating itself. I used an animal theme when Andrew first came home five years ago but most of the things that were in there are either worn-out or broken. You're going to find this hard to believe but Daniel's kind of rough on things.
So after the boys went to bed tonight, I scrubbed down their bathroom and then redecorated it with all the things I've been collecting and creating for the last couple of months. I can't wait to see their faces tomorrow when they see it.

That super cute vinyl was made by Tara over at Peace, Love & Pixels.

This bathmat looks like it is made of metal--perfect for when a man of steel wants to take a bubble bath.

Isn't this mirror fun? I had a different one in mind but we saw this at IKEA today and the boys loved it. (and it was only $5!) It's hard to see here but the fuzzy-looking part is actually tiny dots like you would see in a comic book.

Chipboard letters covered in comic book pages.
The awesome vinyl pieces were cut out by my friend Tara.

Every super hero needs a cape.
