A great birthday

Andrew had a wonderful birthday. He took cupcakes, oranges and juice to school since he was the 'snack guy'. He got to wear a birthday crown the whole day (2 hours) which was the highlight of the day for him, I think.
His 'real' party will be on Saturday but we still did a celebration tonight.

After school, we went to the toy store to pick out one of his gifts--frogs! He loves them and named them 'Squishy-Squashy' and 'Bamboo'. He kept telling them how cute they are.

Andrew opened his present from his daycare providers. He also got two cards that sing when you open them (his FAVORITE kind of card). My sister sent him one that has his name on the front and sings 'Happy Birthday to Andrew' when you open it.

Aunt Noreen came over for dinner (beans and rice, of course.) and we had Tres leches cake for dessert. We didn't get to see her over Christmas break so she gave the boys their gifts tonight. She gave them computers and they LOVE them.

Cake!

Andrew's other present from me was a guitar. I may live to regret that purchase but so far the noise doesn't bother me because he absolutely loves it. He immediately started playing it and dancing around. Not to be left out, Daniel quickly grabbed the microphone and joined in.
