Easter Day

We had a WONDERFUL Easter day. We started with church this morning and then went to our friends' house for an Easter egg hunt and a full day of eating. Andrew had a great time playing with all the big kids and getting as dirty as he possibly could in one day.

Andrew's Easter basket was waiting for him when he got up this morning.


Andrew slept in my bed last night after about 11:00. He was still OUT this morning even after I had been up for a while. Look at all the pillows and animals he had to have in order to get to sleep.

This squirrel stole one of the eggs before the hunt started. We have no idea how he got all the way up the tree with a big plastic egg in his paws.

As soon as the hunt was over, I changed Andrew's clothes. I need his Easter outfit for pictures on Thursday. I'm glad I did because I have never seen him get as dirty as he did today.

Ellie was so wonderful to Andrew today. She sat and blew bubbles just for him.








Pooped. This is Grandpa Joe, Harper and Andrew looking like they all need a nap.

We left their house at 6:00. Andrew acts right at home at their house and we both had a great time. When we left, Andrew fell sound asleep two blocks from their house.
